What I Deliver
I quickly step into a business, determine the most critical tasks to accomplish and get these done so that projects are up, running and successful.

Throughout my career, I have been designated to turn around difficult projects and resolve seemingly insoluble client issues and conflicts.

I am a highly experienced hands-on project manager with proven ability to resolve and understand challenging business and procedural issues.

With a demonstrated talent for breaking problems down to basic, manageable pieces and bringing together IT staff and clients, I develop workable, on-budget solutions.

Ness is an organization that provides software product development for companies like TiVO, Jawbone, Paypal, Sabre and more. 
  • Designed web-based software to perform comparative analytics of sales and social media data, and to plot the relationships between social media reaction and revenue.
  • Dashboards, requirements documentation, interactive wire-frames, client presentations.
  • Worked with business analyst, UX designer and technical team to develop software which will enable Ness to become a leader in comparative analytics.

Disney is a global media company whose interests include theme parks, movies, television, consumer products and cable channels. 
  • Managed large projects for DTSS Security PMO. 
  • Work involved coordinating solution development, testing across multiple lines of business, deployments and implementations affecting 60K+ desktops and laptops. 
  • Concurrently managed multiple projects with multiple development teams, both within Disney and Disney managed partners. 
  • Most recent project migrated/resolved 300+TB of PST data to Exchange Online.  This project involved deploying software to 60K+ endpoints, managing communication to users, migrating data and resolving file ownership conflicts. 
  • Role included status reporting to management, management of Business Analysis resources, task assignment, plan development, documentation, client relations and training.

Conifer is a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare, operating as an outsource resource for health plans’ Revenue Cycle divisions.
  • Conifer had acquired another Revenue Cycle organization – this project was to analyze reports and replicate these using data in Conifer’s EZCAP system.
  • Worked with teams to map acquired company’s data into EZCAP, analyze their existing reports and determine how best to implement these in Conifer’s system.
  • Developed reports in T-SQL and Crystal Reports.
  • Worked to introduce Agile concepts to the team.

  • Analyzed recent problematic soft launch of new Clinical Document Improvement Software (CDIS) system and took steps to shore up areas that were determined to be the source of difficulties.
  • Standardized endpoint configuration for users of CDIS
  • Created new training materials and processes for helpdesk responders to CDIS issues
  • Designed and coded T-SQL stored procedures and functions to analyze and document the net results of the CDIS implementation.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS - Los Angeles California
Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), a public agency, is the largest metropolitan planning organization in the United States serving 6 counties, 191 cities and over 18 million residents.
  • Delivered 13 public-facing websites in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 (see link below). 
  • This effort entailed the ground-up rewrite of 30+ web sites consolidated into 7 sites plus 6 new sites that help SCAG communicate with the public and its partners to resolve transportation issues in the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, Imperial and San Bernardino.
  • Established SCAG’s first Change Control Board
  • Lead the initiative to create SCAG’s enterprise taxonomy
  • Managed multiple concurrent development and design teams in Microsoft SharePoint, .Net and CRM.
  • Exposed SCAG’s valuable research data for the first time so that the public, participating cities, planners and academics may benefit from the important research done by SCAG’s analysts and planners.

  • Researched potential locations based on demographic research.
  • Obtained parameters of costs, revenue and demographics and from these developed matrices demonstrating profitability over 18 month range from start-up to completion of each location.  Developed similar analyses of competitor organizations.
  • These documents enabled Management to focus on locations and restaurant models that would be most profitable.
